Information you choose to send

When you contact Blackfang Courier Logistics by email or phone, you may provide your name, contact details, company information, pickup and delivery locations, shipment description, and details needed to evaluate a quote.

How the quote request works

The quote page opens a draft in your own email application. This website does not itself submit the form or save it to an online database. You must review and send the email in your email application for Blackfang to receive it.

Use of inquiry information

Information provided to Blackfang may be used to respond to inquiries, evaluate a possible service, prepare a quote, and communicate regarding requested business services.

Data sharing and service providers

Business inquiry emails are handled through Blackfang’s Google Workspace email service and personnel authorized to review the request. Your email provider also processes messages you choose to send. Website hosting may involve technical records such as IP addresses, browser information and requested pages. The quote composer itself does not send your entered details to the website host.

Sensitive information

Please do not include medical records, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal information in an initial quote request. Discuss special handling requirements with the team before sending shipment-related private details.

Website tools

The site’s quote composer runs in your browser and does not use a customer account, payment form or online quote database. No advertising or analytics code is included in the website files. Email and telephone services operate under their own providers’ practices.
